Aim for Max

UTM Archery Club, UTM CPA Ontario, and the Undergraduate Commerce Society collaborated to organise Aim for Max. Aim for Max is a charity event that helped raise awareness and money for Max's Big Ride, where students learn how to shoot arrows for $5 and all proceeds went to Jesse's Journey, a registered charity that supports Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) research and Max’s Big Ride. Max is a little boy, affected by DMD which weakens the muscles, preventing from being able to walk initially and worsens over time. 50 participants came out, on the evening of January 19, to raise over $370 to support Max’s Big Ride. Max loved the event and even wanted to join the all the clubs.
