Conceived in 2007, we are excited to announce that this year will be the Show Me the Green’s 12th Anniversary! SMG is UTM’s largest student-run conference, and we have decided to expand this unique opportunity into an overnight event in downtown Toronto!
The conference helps to shape the business leaders of tomorrow while also introducing sustainable means within a business entity today. Delegates must be able to prove their ideas will have a positive effect on the environment as well as increased revenues, saved costs or increased operational efficiency for their respective companies. This practice requires students to apply the technical knowledge they learned at university in order to solve real-world problems.
SMG is an event that will challenge students, both professionally and academically. However, we host this conference for the purpose of inspiring future business leaders and in the pursuit of creating a world that is not only economically profitable but also environmentally responsible.
